Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Achieve or exceed sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Plan and Evaluate: Create pre-call objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
- Handle Objections: Address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns effectively while consistently securing logical and actionable commitments during every sales call.
- Customer Focus: Proactively meet customer needs, manage expectations, and address challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Optimize Call Plans: Develop and execute a call plan to meet set call metrics, ensuring optimal coverage and frequency for key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Market Insight: Continuously deepen knowledge of customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, accounts, disease states, product details, and clinical expertise. Share market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align strategies, anticipate changes, and enhance execution.
- Value Differentiation: Effectively communicate the value proposition to healthcare providers, identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, disease-state experts, and advocates to drive brand performance.
