Responsibilities
The Associate Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of activities supporting the Project Management and Account Services Teams. Primary responsibilities will include Program Administration activities such as reviewing new solar incentive applications and approving or denying them; Auditing application materials and processing applications; Providing customer support via inbound calls/emails, researching application status, investigating payment status, etc. You will utilize Microsoft Office software including Excel and Outlook, Teams, PowerClerk software, and other proprietary databases. Successful workers in this role are detail-oriented, process-oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related experience is required
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
