Responsibilities
- Responding to Inquiries: Answering customer questions via phone, email, & chat
- Handling Complaints: Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues effectively & Escalating Concerns -referring complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams
- Order Processing: Entering, updating, and tracking customer orders
- Product Recommendations: Suggesting items or services based on customer needs
- Adhering to Policies: Complying with company guidelines, procedures, and service standards
