Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, Job duties Include:
- Track and reconcile budgets, providing regular reporting and updates.
- Assist with month-end AP accruals and variance analysis.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoice processing.
- Own and maintain cost center forecasting.
- Troubleshoot finance-related issues, offering recommendations and solutions.
- Manage Pcard payments.
- Serve as the liaison between GCM and Procurement to ensure compliance with standards.
- 4+ years working as a Financial Analyst in a fast paced high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in month-end processes and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, and Power BI is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Workfront is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
