Responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial Manager by preparing financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger operations and support the month end close process.
• Assist with budget development and financial forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances.
• Perform payroll functions, becoming the Paylocity expert.
• Assist accounts payable functions to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Reconcile employee expense reports and credit card statements.
• Perform accounts receivable functions to process and reconcile invoices and payments on a timely basis.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Process daily banking transactions.
• Assist in balance sheet monthly reconciliations.
