As a Manufacturing Associate I within our Drug Product Operations team, you will play a vital role in the vial filling, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging (Fill Finish) of cutting-edge mRNA drug products. Responsibilities
- Perform both manual and automated vial filling, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of mRNA-based drug products using disposable technologies.
- Maintain accurate records through paper batch records, electronic systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sciences, and Process Development to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and reorder materials, review process orders, and support inventory management to keep production on track.
- Uphold rigorous cGMP standards, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Follow precise procedures for documenting equipment operations, process data, and other activities.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
- Demonstrate flexibility, including working off-hours and overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
