As the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management while implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting a diverse workforce, bridging communication across teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to support business operations.
- Support HR objectives by managing metrics, reports, and systems for company needs.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee compensation, and performance management programs.
- Suggest and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and update policies as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding to create an exceptional first-day experience for new hires.
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, orientation, and exit processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide dedicated HR advisory services for employee relations, including health issues, grievances, and organizational changes.
- Act as backup for payroll processing, including updates to employee files, tracking time off, and processing reimbursements.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, directory, and organizational charts.
- Foster positive working relationships across departments and participate in team meetings and appraisals.
- Provide coverage for team members as needed to support business requirements.
