Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, ensuring customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Accurately input and update data into systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Handle a high volume of emails and calls with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge and skills.
