Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Conduct tax planning and research to provide clients with strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, including estimated tax payments.
- Perform thorough analyses of financial data to support tax calculations and filings.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients on implications and strategies.
- Assist in responding to IRS and state tax notices, audits, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve tax-related issues effectively.
