Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
As a Rating Specialist in Commercial Lines Service Operations, you will be responsible for accurately determining premiums for risks using both automated and manual methods. You will process and issue policies, quotes, and endorsements while collaborating with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Your role also includes providing customer service support, resolving inquiries, and staying current with compliance and procedural changes.

- Process and issue policies, quotes, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with underwriters and provide customer service support to address inquiries and ensure timely delivery of accurate products.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
