Candidates must have at least 2 years office assistant experience. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, ISO, FDA, GMP preferred.

Responsibilities
Duties / Responsibilities
- Verify customer Purchase orders
- Generate a router
- Scan routers, certs
- Print out router costouts
- Key Entry
- Communication with customers
- Answer Phones
- strong organizational skills and time management
- Effective communications skills both written and verbal for interface with clients and co-workers
- Able to work in a team environment (Engineering, Purchasing, Estimating, production)
- Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and drawings related to electromechanical assembly will train
- Microsoft Office Software, and other company and discipline specific software applications
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, ISO, FDA, GMP preferred
- Experience working with Excel
