Responsibilities
Order management
Shipping / Receiving Driver check-in
Calendar management
Shipment and Order Pick Coordination
Reviews and prioritizes outbound shipments proactively to streamline daily warehouse activities
Reviews and prioritizes inbound deliveries to ensure timely unloading of all material
Schedules pickups for LTL shipments, Schedules pickups for daily full truckload carriers
Verifies accuracy of inbound receipts
Maintains filing of all inbound and outbound paperwork.
Archives files according to company policy.
Labels all outbound LTL pallets.
