Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for flexible packaging materials, aligning with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Negotiate contracts and build strong supplier relationships to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, to support innovation and product development.
- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and address supply chain risks.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles, with a focus on flexible packaging materials (FMCG).
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, with knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems a plus.
