Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
- Manage case files, ensuring proper organization and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits, maintaining trial binders, and logistics.
- Manage deadlines, schedules, and case calendars to ensure timely compliance.
- Review and summarize medical records, contracts, and other case-relevant documents.
- Perform e-filing in state and federal courts.
