Responsibilities

 

• Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations, accurately recording transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage and track prepaid expenses to ensure correct expense recognition.
• Record accrued liabilities to capture all expenses in the correct accounting period.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting by ensuring consistent department coding for transactions.
• Allocate practice costs appropriately across various departments.
• Complete balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
• Work with the accounting team to enhance process efficiency and streamline the month-end close cycle.
