Responsibilities
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets, maintaining a high standard of data entry accuracy.
- Organize and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for record-keeping purposes.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments and generating invoices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, ensuring all data is up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as needed.
