Responsibilities
- Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including posting payments, generating invoices, and verifying accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software(QuickBooks Online) and spreadsheets.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and verify invoices, receipts, and financial documents for proper record-keeping.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, summaries, and month-end close processes.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments or billing issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial deadlines are met efficiently.
