Randstad is looking for a recruiter with significant Business Development experience to join their Fort Lauderdale team. As a valued team member of Randstad, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle recruiting experience by working directly with clients and candidates to build consultative partnerships and deliver the best contract and direct-hire placement solutions possible. Responsibilities

• Client / Business Development: Build and grow a client base by marketing recruiting services and establishing partnerships with senior leaders, HR, and C-level executives.

• Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates, both new and existing, to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

• Business Opportunities & Market Insights: Generate leads, gather market intelligence, and provide team members with insights into candidate profiles and industry trends.

• Project & Process Management: Oversee recruitment timelines, conduct intake meetings, negotiate service agreements, and support onboarding and evaluation activities.

• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop multi-channel strategies to identify top candidates, maintain talent pools, and leverage job boards, networking, and internal databases.
