Position Details
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Pay: $18/hr | $18.50/hr for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates
- Start Date: Est January 2025 or sooner
- Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927
- Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
- Hours: Various shifts, some include a weekend day with a weekday off.
- Training: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Paid Training)

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to public inquiries about various social services.
- Guide callers through accessing financial assistance programs.
- Assess callers' needs and screen for eligibility for services.
- Collect and input accurate information into call management systems.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for call handling and service delivery.
- strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliability and a professional demeanor.
- Previous customer service, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus!
