• Hourly pay: $22.00 - $23.00 (based on experience)
• Flexible schedule: Start with 2-3 days per week during training, transitioning to a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

 

• Organize supporting documents and exhibits for visa petitions in Microsoft Word.
• Scan, upload, and maintain visa petition records using Dropbox and OneDrive.
• Manage and update case files in legal databases.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fast Typing Speed – Required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google-based research.
• Experience with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Adobe.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs 
• Familiarity with immigration law is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
