Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports
- Support financial and regulatory reporting processes
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with accounts payable processing
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and review complex account reconciliations
- Review and validate daily accounting entries
- Perform both simple and complex reconciliations
- Support tax preparation and filing processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Prepare and present management reports
- Implement and enhance internal controls and processes
- Prepare the quarterly CALL report
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and ongoing financial forecasts
- Ensure all transactions comply with FASB Accounting Standards Codification and company
policies - Stay informed of relevant regulatory compliance requirements and ensure department
activities align with them - Perform other duties as assigned
