Responsibilities
- Assists with preparing, submitting, and reconciling payroll
- Supports associates with payroll related questions and resolves issues
- Handles administrative tracking of LOA’s and FMLA’s
- Reconciles benefits statements
- Maintains employee enrollments in benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401k
- Assists with open enrollment activities
- Guides employees through the enrollment process
- Facilitates benefit orientations, enrollments, changes, and COBRA
- Works with HRIS and benefit vendors to ensure accurate employee data
- Maintains accurate records of employee benefits, enrollments, and relevant documentation
- Assists in developing and maintaining job grade/compensation guidelines
- Prepares and completes vendor invoicing
