Location: In Office- Boca Raton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6, Can go up until 8pm and involve weekends during open enrollment period
Job Title: Telemarketer/Outbound CSR/ bilingual English/Haitian Creole or English/Spanish
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: 9a-6p with the flexibility to work weekends and up to 8pm
Start Date: ASAP (Start Time would be 10am for the first day)

Responsibilities
● Ability to actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing.
● Ability to support the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
● Handle pre- and post-enrollment documentation.
● Call members in a delinquent status.
● Teach members how to register on a website.
● Inform members of the BYS program
● Enter leads into spreadsheets.
● Utilize the company’s CRM and lead distribution system accurately.
