Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via phone and email to receive and process orders.
- Cultivate and manage client connections.
- Input new client information and update sales records for current clients in digital databases.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure ongoing account communication and activities.
- Generate quotations as requested and distribute them accordingly.
- Address technical and business concerns of potential clients.
- Swiftly and effectively respond to client inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and establish agreements with clients on stock.
- Confirm and communicate scheduling or order adjustments with clients, updating them on activity status.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues for clients.
- Assist clients and coordinate payment terms with accounting approval.
- Enter orders accurately into the computer system to prevent errors and omissions.
- Provide technical literature to clients via email upon request.
- Respond to technical queries from clients.
- Handle and process return requests for defective materials.
- Review client blueprints and propose potential part solutions.
- Demonstrate behavioral competencies and required skills to meet company objectives effectively.
