Responsibilities
- Classify, analyze, and report financial data for state and federal grants.
- Process payments and receipts for goods and services, and record them in the appropriate accounts.
- Check contractor invoices for accuracy and ensure they meet financial contract terms.
- Prepare and send monthly vouchers and invoices to ensure contractors are paid.
- Help solve any issues that come up when processing invoices and vouchers.
- Manage office furniture and equipment orders through the PeopleSoft system.
- Provide budget data, perform analyses, and input revenue and expense information to keep the budget balanced.
- Prepare and submit budget transfers, reclassifications, and journal entries.
