Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

• The assignment includes creating a baseline set of procedures for all Strategic Sourcing services (including contract drafting and execution, competitive bidding and administrative/operational activities), creating a procedures library and maintenance structure.
• In addition to writing procedures, the ideal candidate will have experience in Business Process Management, familiarity with Risk and Controls Self-Assessment process and have had prior work experience  particularly in Supply Chain Management (Strategic Sourcing/Third-Party Risk Management.
• Position will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Process Design/Change Management team and Sourcing and Contract Operations to create a baseline set of procedures, processes and job aids.
• Ideally the person has the depth of procedural writing experience, coupled with familiarity and knowledge of RCSA, Supply Chain Management (strategi sourcing/third party risk management)
