Our Tampa-based construction company is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to support our expanding operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of essential accounting processes. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (construction industry experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Sage 300 is required.
- Hands-on expertise in AIA billing, Lien Releases, and NTOs.
- strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Process vendor invoices in Sage 300.
- Manage AIA billing and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Handle Lien Releases and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and track NTOs for project compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors for payment tracking.
