Responsibilities
Enter and update shipment details, customer orders, and other critical data into the company’s logistics management systems.
Process, verify, and track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and provide updates.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all intermodal logistics processes run smoothly.
