Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and account-related inquiries with clear communication in English and Spanish.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and trends to the management team.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to achieving department goals.
