Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document hourly inspections and retain samples as per EverTec SOP.
- Monitor production for defects and inaccuracies, reporting and addressing issues promptly.
- Train Packers on quality standards and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with Packaging Coordinators to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify raw material defects and share relevant information with the Quality Manager.
