Responsibilities

• Train onsite learning multiple layers, facets, and depths of the commercial insurance offerings and the multi-layered operations process needed to prepare and distribute Commercial Certificates of Insurance to the appropriate parties.
  • Take good notes, ask questions, and participate in training
• After training, work closely with a mentor who will show you and review your daily operational activities of the Commercial Certificate of Insurance role
• Work directly with the client support team to prepare timely and accurate Certificate of Insurance documents
• Handle end-to-end standard client renewal process 
• Create and manage endorsement creation, uploads, and swaps documents
• Utilize multiple systems and internal databases to ensure timely and accurate results
• Iniatite client calls with the intent of proactively collecting the needed information and documents
• Manage portfolio utilizing a workflow/tickler software tracking tool
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers
• Research client needs and feedback
• Provide organized feedback to stakeholders
• Ensure that all SLAs are being met to ensure commercial customer satisfaction
