We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. After orders are taken by the sales team, you will be responsible for verifying and finalizing key details including pickup times, driver assignments, and client confirmations. You will also manage driver interviews, monitor driver punctuality, and ensure compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity with great potential for growth and advancement.



salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Verify and finalize all order details with clients, ensuring accuracy in pickup times, driver assignments, and trip details as provided by the sales team.
• Interview and select drivers for the company, ensuring they meet performance and uniform standards.
• Manage driver schedules, ensuring they arrive on time for their shifts and are fully prepared for each trip.
• Maintain open communication with drivers and clients, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle logistics coordination issues that arise outside of normal office hours, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team.
• Work closely with the Head of the Department to receive training on the company’s internal systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, fostering a professional and efficient work environment.
• Keep detailed records of driver performance and operational processes, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
