Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Oversee and manage inventory valued at $2 million or more, encompassing approximately 2,500 items.
- Take ownership of the entire inventory management process.
- Coordinate and process parts orders efficiently.
- Develop and enhance inventory systems, including providing detailed reporting.
- Ensure all inventory data and records are consistently updated in the software system.
- Prepare and organize work orders for seamless operations.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) effectively, ensuring timely approvals and processing.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within inventory and procurement processes.
