- Proven experience as an Estimator in a construction or related industry.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Autobid software programs.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage, analyze, and create spreadsheets for cost tracking.
- Solid understanding of creating and managing "standard costs" for projects.
- Ability to perform detailed take-offs and understand project scope and requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction or project-related work. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Take-Offs: Performing detailed material and labor take-offs to ensure accuracy in project scope and costing.
- Cost Estimation: Creating and managing standard costs for various projects, using your expertise to adjust and assess as necessary.
- Bluebeam & Autobid Programs: Utilizing Bluebeam for plan markups, material take-offs, and project scope evaluations. Using Autobid for cost estimates and bid preparation.
- Excel Proficiency: Managing and manipulating complex data within Excel, including the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets for cost tracking, budgeting, and project analysis.
- Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and accurate estimates.
- Bid Analysis: Reviewing bids, adjusting estimates as necessary, and ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
