- Previous experience in construction labor management, field dispatch, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of construction processes, labor requirements, and job site safety.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for scheduling and reporting.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Experience using construction management software or dispatch systems.
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a construction environment.

Responsibilities
As a Construction Labor Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily dispatch and coordination of construction laborers to various job sites. You will work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure that our workforce is aligned with the project needs and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate the dispatch of construction laborers to job sites based on project needs, ensuring appropriate skills and labor availability for each site.
- Labor Management: Oversee the deployment of labor crews to ensure productivity, safety, and efficiency across multiple locations.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact between field laborers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that labor resources are allocated effectively across projects to meet deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of labor hours, job site attendance, and work progress to support project tracking and reporting.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all dispatched laborers are following company safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Address any challenges or delays that arise on job sites, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
