- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Engineering background or relevant engineering certification is a plus.
- Well rounded understanding of construction processes, methods, and technologies.
- Experience working on job sites and with superintendents in the field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site-specific challenges effectively.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Experience with contract management and negotiation.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through to project completion.
- On-Site Leadership: Work directly with superintendents and field staff to monitor daily project activities, ensuring they are executed according to plan.
- Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks including preparing reports, tracking project progress, updating schedules, and managing project documentation.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated properly, and costs are controlled. Track and report on project expenses.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify issues that arise on-site, and work with superintendents to develop solutions to keep the project on track.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, meeting both client expectations and industry regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the job site follows all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, addressing any safety concerns immediately.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction processes, change orders, contracts, and any issues that arise during construction.
