Responsibilities

As a Facilities Coordinator, job duties include:

• Responsible for the planning, oversight, and maintenance of systems including, but not limited to, Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, process gases, and other critical facility systems.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance (PM) of these systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure maintenance is completed as required.
• Oversee and coordinate supplied cleaning and maintenance services for the facility, including office cleaning, lab coat services, and waste management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Portal, managing landlord service requests and ensuring timely resolution of facility-related issues.
• Take ownership of receiving all incoming packages, ensuring proper receipt and delivery to the relevant departments within the facility.

Skills:

• 2+ years working as a Facilities Coordinator in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive materials and logistical operations.
