What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional environment.
- Manage bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the go-to person for office inquiries, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with office operations in a professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
- Managing operations as well as general bookkeeping of expenses and payables
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
- Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Client services managing few accounts within insurance industry
