In this role, you'll be key in managing general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned general ledger accounts, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies, ensuring accurate reporting for month, quarter, and year-end closes.
• Manage lease data in Lease Query, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 lease standards, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform financial analysis and reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis, supporting financial statement preparation and SEC reporting.
• Assist in the annual audit and quarterly reviews, develop schedules, interact with auditors, and ensure adherence to SOX controls while improving internal processes.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports, including franchise fees, utility taxes, FERC reports, and other state filings, while supporting tax and regulatory analysis requests.
