Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, production facilities, and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Schedule and manage deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight carriers, and internal teams.
- Arrange for the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Handle customs documentation and compliance for international shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and status.
- Coordinate warehouse storage and ensure products are stored properly.
- Work with warehouse staff to organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide regular reports on shipping, costs, and delivery performance.
- Address shipment delays, damaged goods, or other logistics issues.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to delivery and service performance.
- Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions in the supply chain
