We are looking for an Account Manager to join a large corporation in the Knoxville market. The Account Manager role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery requests and problem resolution. You would also be responsible for maintaining a current book of business ensuring excellent customer service is provided. If you have experience in customer service, excellent organizational skills, ability to work as a team, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail you will be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

1. Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance
2. Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution
3. Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases
4. Facilitate warranty claims with both customers and vendors
5. Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues
6. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
7. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
8. Complete other duties as assigned
