We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.This candidate may be recently graduated, although 2-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting is preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end close processes. Must be skilled in utilizing advanced Excel functions to streamline data analysis and reporting.This candidate must be committed to delivering high-quality results and contributing to the overall success of the finance team. Responsibilities

 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Must be proficient with Excel.
 Must be detail-oriented.
 Must be knowledgeable of accounting procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines.
 Must have ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies
 and procedures necessary for providing quality accounting services.                                                                                     Must prepare timely and accurate financial statements for multiple facilities.
 Must demonstrate analytical skills to audit various business activities such as accounts receivable,
 accounts payable, payroll.
 Must assist with annual facility forecast process.
 Must prepare accurate and timely audit packages for annually-audited financials.
 Must communicate financial results with all levels of management.
 Must assist facility business office staff with all accounting functions.
 Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
 Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
 Must practice regular and predictable attendance.
 Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and complaint procedures.
