Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program
○ Assist remote HR departments with deployment of new cards, and
cancellations as needed
○ Provide training and guidance to new staff on managing local corporate card
programs
○ Providing ongoing assistance and direction to local and remote site
management to reduce credit loss days
● Prepare and Reconcile Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and
payment
● Liaise with Finance to ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses and auditing
activities
● Develop and run reports for all travel-related systems – Travel & Expense
Reimbursement, corporate card and the Travel Management Company’s proprietary
reporting tool
● Provide secondary support for the Expense Reimbursement system
● Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
● May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
