Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes and employee records for 25-30 employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate recruitment, including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage candidate communication.
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and events.
- Assist with HR and administrative projects, including policy updates.
- Support C-level executives with administrative tasks.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork and orientations.
- Work with ADP for payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure data accuracy in payroll and HR records.
- Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with company goals.
