Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, payment processing, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility services, including outages and maintenance updates.
- Explain company policies, rates, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional demeanor throughout all interactions
To qualify for this remote position, candidates must have:
- A personal laptop
- Two monitors to ensure efficient workflow.
- High-speed internet
- The ability to hardwire directly to your modem (Wi-Fi-only setups are not permitted).
- A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions.
