What You’ll Do:
- Act as the go-to liaison between sales, operations, and customers
- Provide updates on shipment status, handle special requests, and address customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain customer-specific procedures with the sales team
- Assist with quotes, follow up on leads, and ensure every detail is covered
- Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things moving
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with less than a year of related experience
- Skills: Solid Microsoft Office skills, accurate typing/data entry, and confidence with U.S. currency, weight, volume, and distance calculations
- Traits: Professional communicator, quick problem-solver, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to relay details of shipments requiring special handling
- Provide updates to customers, sales personnel, and station management on shipment statuses
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally regarding shipment status, routings, "Paid-On-Delivery" charges, and other concerns
- Partner with sales teams and customers to create and implement customized standard operating procedures
- Pursue sales opportunities by following up on leads from shipment logs and quotes
- Support customer service efforts, including preparing and delivering accurate quotes
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives
