Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities1. Assortment Strategy Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a robust private label assortment strategy that enhances our product offerings and meets consumer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage resources and resolve project-related issues.
- Identify potential co-manufacturers that align with quality standards and business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and the onboarding process to establish partnerships supporting private label goals.
