Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage subcontractors, in collaboration with the Superintendent, for complete project responsibility.
• Oversee financial aspects, including development of pay applications and subcontractor requisitions.
• Participate in preconstruction activities, such as bid preparation and scope evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with Owner’s Contract, including project logs and notices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, working closely with the Superintendent.
• Manage Subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and insurance.
• Track and ensure timely permit applications, maintenance, and closures.
• Troubleshoot drawing conflicts and prepare design changes as needed.
• Chair meetings with Owners and stakeholders to monitor progress.
• Administer quality control, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for project specification compliance.
• Oversee the PCO and change order processes.
• Manage project close-out and final payment collection.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project software.
