Our client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee operations in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Farmingdale, NY. This is a 3rd shift role where you’ll play a key role in ensuring production efficiency, quality, and compliance. Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on leadership and operations.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Prior management experience, including hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Proven ability to manage manufacturing schedules, labor utilization, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Ensure safety, production efficiency, and compliance with cGMPs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Team: Partner with the quality department to maintain compliance throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.
- Manage Production Scheduling: Optimize plant resources and ensure that manufacturing schedules are met on time.
- Labor Utilization: Manage labor to meet or exceed production targets and expectations.
- Cost Oversight: Monitor manufacturing, sanitation, and quality costs to stay within budget.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the plant is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for resolving any operational, maintenance, or production issues.
- Track Yield and Material Usage: Monitor product yield, material usage, and losses, and ensure accurate reporting.
- SAP Management: Oversee all operations input and output in the SAP system.
- Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to Production Operators to foster growth and performance.
