The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and photography. This is a hands-on role where you will receive guidance from leadership but also have the freedom to apply your creativity. As the company continues to grow, there is potential for this role to evolve into a leadership position, with the opportunity to build and manage a marketing team in the future.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: Design, schedule, and send email blasts to our wholesale and retail customers.
• Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Photography: Capture high-quality product images (with provided equipment) to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with owners and senior staff for direction while maintaining the flexibility to bring your creative ideas to the table.
• Pricing Knowledge: Learn our wholesale and retail pricing structures to send accurate and segmented communications to different customer bases.
• Creative Input: Assist with brainstorming and executing creative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Computer Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications and email marketing platforms.
• Social Media Experience: Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is preferred.
• Creativity: A sense of creativity with the ability to develop unique content and ideas.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Eager to Learn: A passion for marketing and a desire to grow professionally within the company.
